TERMS & CONDITIONS

In exchange for the right to promote and/or sell products/services during the 2024 IFBB Professional League Chicago Pro & NPC Chicago Extravaganza, I agree to pay Tim Gardner Productions for the amount listed above. Security will be the responsibility of the vendor. Tim Gardner Productions will not be responsible for damage to the exhibit for any reason. Booth assignments are made by Tim Gardner Productions based on operational and space requirements of the event. Tim Gardner Productions reserves the right to refuse any application. Vendors must be checked in and materials placed in the assigned booth space during the designated set up time, please advise if any special request is needed. Failure to set up during designated times or changing booth locations will be cause for removal of vendor. All merchandise should be clearly marked. Additional services must be ordered from the venue. Tim Gardner Productions reserves the right to terminate the operation at any time if exhibit violate local laws or health department regulations or if exhibitor fails to comply with event management staff.
