I agree, on behalf of the above named organization or individual, to pay the indicated amount to Titanz Fitness, as a sponsor of the 2022 NPC Clash of the Titanz. I understand that this amount is due and payable within 15 days of the date of this agreement and/or prior to any media recognition and print design deadlines. I agree that the organization name indicated above may be used for promotional purposes and on sponsor recognition materials.
