The NPC Maryland Muscle and the NPC Maryland State Championships are a combined event.

The NPC Maryland State Championships is open to residents of Maryland only. The NPC Maryland Muscle is open to all NPC competitors, from Maryland or any other state. All crossover classes, such as Masters, Armed Forces, etc. can be found on the Maryland Muscle entry form. To compete in both events, complete both entry forms.
