The 2022 MINDI O SHOW

We kick off the 2022 season with the CPA Mindi O Show in Niagara Falls Ontario, Canada!

As we are still dealing with COVID19 and with so many uncertainties, our focus is Safety First: We have re-evaluated our approach and have adopted a "one-roof" policy, where registration, the mandatory athlete meeting, and the competition will all take place on-site at a singular location... The beautiful FOUR POINTS SHERATON FALLSVIEW HOTEL.

With emphasis on athlete well-being, as well as our event staff & volunteers, we have reconsidered the typical structure of our show to ensure safety measures are implemented and upheld.

About Mindi O'Brien

Mindi O'Brien is Canada's top fitness personality & superstar. Mindi has professionally competed more than 70 times, with appearances representing Canada at 7 consecutive Fitness Olympias, 4 consecutive Women’s Physique Olympias and 9 Arnold Classic Fitness & Physique International competitions, and the 1st ever Fitness Arnold Classic Europe, the three most prestigious competitions in the world!

Mindi is not only a Professional Athlete, but she is a mother of a 26 year old son, Alex, a Personal Fitness Coach/Trainer, a wife and business owner of TEAMOBRIEN FITNESS. Mindi was recently presented with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2017 Toronto SuperShow and was recognized for her dedication and leadership as an athlete in the fitness industry from the Canadian Physique Alliance and the IFBB Professional League.

Mindi believes when you begin your athletic journey, regardless of your age or ability level, the experience is one of continuous new beginnings. It's a lifetime of discovery and learning... The lessons may appear on many different levels, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
