The NPC Premier Muscle Championships and the NPC Indiana State Championships are a combined event.

The NPC Indiana State Championships is open to residents of Indiana only. The NPC Premier Muscle Championships is open to all NPC competitors, from Indiana or any other state. All crossover classes, such as Masters, Armed Forces, etc. can be found on the Premier Muscle Championships entry form. To compete in both events, complete both entry forms.
